Lovely Mrs Clark (P3C teacher) has created this mindfulness instruction-video and we thought that all of our children (and parents! and grandparents!) would enjoy trying this out.
Mrs Clark, together with SMPS parent & kids’ yoga teacher Vanessa Charlton and Anxiety UK therapist Samantha Littlejohns have been practising Mindfulness with P3 for the past few months and it has proven a very nice and calm way to start the day.
