Continuing our theme from last month’s ‘Mental Health’ focus, we will be celebrating Wellness Wednesday every week with some ideas that can support all of us during School closure and beyond.
This week our focus is: Stay Active!
After an amazing sports day and brilliant sports IDL topic we want to keep the momentum going!

We’re sure you were all feeling great after completing your sports day activities or doing one of the Tour De Morningside routes and that’s because exercise releases endorphins that make you feel happy.
These endorphins are really great for our mental health, as they make us feel good. See if you can try to keep your activity levels high this week to look after your mental wellbeing.
